VECTORLENSThese terms govern the use of the VECTORLENS website and the purchase of our services. By using this site or ordering a service, you accept these terms.
This website is operated by VECTORLENS Sp. z o.o., Rzeszowska 66/2, 39-200 Dębica, Poland (KRS 0001190119, NIP 8722455725, REGON 542524203), entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów. Contact: info@syntr0p1c.com.
VECTORLENS provides AI systems for e-commerce: voice assistants, on-site chat, product-data structuring, AI search visibility and related consulting. The scope, price and timeline of each engagement are agreed individually in an order or contract before work begins. Prices shown on the website are indicative and are confirmed in a written quote.
An order is binding once both parties confirm the scope and price in writing (e-mail is sufficient). Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Prices are net of VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate.
The client provides accurate product, order and company data needed for the engagement, holds the rights to that data, and ensures its use does not infringe third-party rights. The client is responsible for how AI outputs are used in their own store and customer communication.
Deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain our property and are licensed to the client as needed to use the deliverables.
We are liable for damage caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content without human review.
Both parties keep non-public business and technical information received from the other party confidential for the duration of the cooperation and for 3 years after it ends.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court competent for our registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
